Sovereign Harbour is situated in a beautiful marina setting just east of Eastbourne centre, with waterways and sea shores providing an attractive backdrop for houses and apartments.

The Waterfront is the culinary heart of Sovereign Harbour, with a variety of dining experiences on offer – from pubs and cafes, to more exotic Indian and Thai offerings. A favourite of the Exclusively Short Lets team is the Seasons bistro, which offers fabulous coffee and a delectable selection of cakes.

Set just behind the bustle of eateries is the Sovereign Harbour Retail Park, which includes a 24-hour Asda supermarket, Boots pharmacy (with late night opening), Next, TK Maxx and other shops Wilkos. You can also get a haircut or visit the local orthodontic centre.

Power boating and boat tours of Eastbourne’s famous Royal Sovereign lighthouse is a popular recreational activity in Sovereign Harbour. You may even catch a glimpse of the harbour’s resident seals while out on the water.

Alternatively if you prefer your feet firmly on the ground, you can always enjoy the views while taking a stroll or bike ride along the lovely seafront – it is around four miles to Eastbourne centre from our Sovereign Harbour rentals.

There is an hourly bus service to and from the Sovereign Harbour area and the Dotto train runs from April-October each hour too.

The train station is four miles away in the centre of Eastbourne with direct links to London Victoria, London Bridge, Brighton, St Leonards and Hastings and Bexhill-on-Sea.
