This property in the harbour ensures you can make the most of the sunshine coast. With two balconies and your own private terrace, you can enjoy the views over the shimmering waters and watch the sun glistening off the boats.
Water’s edge proves particularly attractive for those who want to enjoy breathtaking beaches and charming historic sites – the perfect opportunity to unwind and take a breather. If you need to work remotely, the first floor has a sleek office which gives you the necessary calm and quiet to be productive.
This townhouse has three floors (so has some stairs to navigate) creating a sense of space and facilitating relaxation. This spacious property sleeps up to six in comfort. Each of the three bedrooms have has a spacious king-sized bed. The master bedroom includes an ensuite with stunning views over the marina. In one of these rooms the king-sized can split into two singles making it ideal for children or friends (or couples!) who would prefer not to share a bed.
As you enter the house on the ground floor and stroll through to the dinning kitchen you can enjoy the lovely views over the inner harbour. The kitchen contains everything needed for self-catering, with an oven, fridge-freezer, hob, toaster, kettle dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Once you’ve whipped up your masterpiece you can walk out onto one of your balconies and then down to your terrace to enjoy al fresco dinning. The outdoor furniture will allow you to comfortably sit out as you enjoy the astounding views and soak up the sunshine.

Best of all worlds
Staying at the Waters edge property is a treat for anyone wanting a comfortable and relaxing holiday. It sits on the edge of one of the smaller marina's but is literally a stones throw away from the larger marina and all of the cafes, it is also close to the road that takes you into Eastbourne central. From top to bottom the property lacks nothing and even has a balcony and terrace to enjoy your morning coffee or evening tipple on. A 1st class holiday let that I am sure we will return to again.

Delightful waterside house.
Lovely well appointed house which provided everything we needed. Very quiet area, good parking and easy access to shops and bars. We particularly liked the waterside patio area.
Difficult to find better!
A well presented, waterside 3 bedroomed home, ideal for a family visit. Modern, comfortable, well appointed with a fabulous location overlooking the harbour.
There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season and last minute.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
