Stayed for a long weekend with friends to celebrate my 25th wedding anniversary, the house was in a great location and it was amazing looking straight out onto the harbour. Restaurants were in walking distance and the shops, cinema, everything was so near. We had lovely walks to the beach. I would go back again and stay in the same house it had plenty of room with 6 bedrooms and a lovely conservatory which we used a lot, cant wait to go back again!

Fabulous place to stay! This house is absolutely amazing; could not fault the house one bit. I am not too sure where to start but here are our highlights from our stay: • Kitchen – fantastic entertaining space to whip up a group meal, very well equipped and spacious so everyone can chip in! • All the bedrooms are good sizes with some amazing views • There is both a large sitting room with plenty of comfortable seating and a formal dining room • The conservatory is a good size straight off from the kitchen with great views over the harbour and if the sun is shining, you can then access the outside deck, which is a fantastic suntrap. The deck and conservatory overlook the private jetty and you can easily while away an afternoon watching the boats pass • Location is brilliant with access to the marina facilities including several restaurants and cafes. If you don’t fancy cooking we can recommend the Thai restaurant, amazing food and service • I have to mention the location again, if you fancy going for a walk there is plenty of stunning scenery to take in, either the local beach or a short drive you can visit the Seven Sisters, Beachy Head etc. – pack your walking shoes! We will certainly be back to this stunning place.

Beautiful, spacious house with stunning harbour views. We stayed at Wellington Quay with a group friends and their families. There was plenty of space for us all to have our own rooms and bathrooms and the spacious kitchen and dining facilities made it easy to sit round the table and chat. The house is in a great location being an easy walk to restaurants and shops but away from any noise. We even went for a swim in the sea!

Fab get away but all the amenities of home.....and fantastic location. Lovely house, think it has 6 bedrooms but we only used 3 of them! The location is superb...right on the marina with its own boat dock. Although you are located right in the marina it is still quiet. The house is in a close so not lots of traffic or anything like that. Ample parking for at least 4 cars...probably more. I like to cook so was looking closely at the kitchen, it had everything I needed to make a nice dinner, and of course because it is design for a lot of people to stay there were plenty of crockery and utensils etc. Large kitchen table we used every day, and has a more formal dining room that we never bothered with that. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck just watching the activity in the Marina. Walking distance (10 mins max) to the restaurants in the Marina, and 10 mins walk to a supermarket (3 mins drive) so easy to stock up on food and groceries down here rather than cart it with you. used the house as a base to explore the area, which of course is famously near Hastings and everything from AD1066 ! kids enjoyed that side of our holiday...would definitely use the house again and probably for more people as it is huge.

The house is fantastic - very comfortable with plenty of space for all 12 of us! The garden being directly on the harbour is fantastic - a very relaxing place to sit. We spent most of the time in the conservatory which overlooks the garden and harbour. Plenty of good food nearby, and plenty of places to walk and see the boats. All staff from Exclusively Eastbourne were very helpful and friendly. Overall we all had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

Wow! What a place. An amazing setting, a short walk from a retail park and some restaurants but tucked away and quiet. Plenty of space to sit round the table for 10 of us and rooms very flexible with some being able to be made up as twins or doubles. We will definitely be back... to enjoy the outside more in a warmer time of year.

This house certainly has the wow factor, would definitely rebook and recommend it to friends, the view over the harbour was stunning. A great place to unwind, enjoy the views and all the home comforts. The house was spotless and Exclusively Eastbourne were so friendly and accommodating and I would book with them if I was returning to this area. Restaurants were within easy walking distance as well as shops and a cinema. The house was spacious and well equipped, we book a family get together every year and I’d say this was one of the best houses we have booked, great value for money for the house and location.

A piece of tranquillity. What a hidden gem! We all had a fantastic time, tucked right out of the way, with the most stunning views of the harbour as the boats went sailing past. So much room for 9 of us, our girls thought it was like being in a princess castle! Perfectly placed to explore all of East Sussex and indeed the whole of the south coast - Our family and friends that joined us would highly recommend booking up for a luxurious, relaxing break.

"Excellent Eastbourne Excursion"
Wonderful accommodation. A beautiful, modern, spacious property with a fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for families. Located on the marina but not far from beaches, promenade and town centre. Restaurants and supermarket located within walking distance at the marina. We had a wonderful week watching the Red Arrows from the beach, boating at Cuckmere Haven and enjoying an open top Bus ride. We'll definitely return to Eastbourne again!

Brilliant accommodation for a large group, great views and amenities within walking distance.
This house had all you need for a large group of differing ages. Spacious rooms, great dining facilities and plenty of bathrooms. We also loved that you could easily walk around the harbour and to the restaurants, shops and beach. Nice personal touch meeting us on arrival. Thoroughly recommend it!

We have been going away over Easter weekend with extended family for the last few years. This year there were 12 of us and I have to say that the house was by far, the best one we've had yet! The rooms throughout were spacious and finished to a high spec. Plenty of space for everyone. Sitting outside and looking out onto the harbour was lovely and relaxing. Restaurants at the Marina were only a short walk away. We walked to the beach everyday and from there walked to Eastbourne Pier. A great house in a perfect location!

"Fantastic house for two families, great location and facilities"
We are two families who have been going on holiday together for over 15 years - this house was voted the best we have ever stayed in. The location may not be in the town centre, but we all enjoyed the walk along the beach into Eastbourne. Waking up to the amazing view of the harbour was a delight. Having a house with so much room was perfect as the kids are now all teenagers and older! Kitchen was well equipped and the quality of the showers (when all three were running at the same time) was great. We had a perfect week of weather and visited Battle, Brighton and Eastbourne.

"Great house for all family ages"
This is a fabulous house in a great location. The large kitchen diner was used by us all for lunch and the odd dinner. The spacious conservatory was used all times of day,and gave a great view of the marina below and the goings on.The huge decked area was used for breakfast, for sunbathing or having a pre dinner drink. The lower garden and jetty filled many hours of boat watching and crab fishing. The house itself was perfect for the family group that we travelled with. The downstairs twin room was used by my mother in law,the upstairs superking by my parents, the kingsize by my teenage daughter and the other two twins by my teenage boys. The flexibility of having a study and lounge meant that a film could watched in one room, whilst t.v was watched in the other, without disturbing the book readers!! The proximity to the supermarket was great and we all made use of being able to walk to the coffee shop and mant restaurants based at the marina,as well as the landtrain int Eastbourne. An all round great house.

Excellent Accommodation.
It is not easy to find a suitable property to accommodate a (3 generation) family of 12 but this property fulfilled all our needs and by far outclasssed all previous holiday properties. A beautiful location and excellently equipped - the owners seem to have thought of everything. Having 2 fridge/freezers was very much appreciated - a facility we have not previously experienced. The property afforded spacious accommodation and was excellently maintained. I would have not hesitation in highly recommending it.

"A fantastic house worth every penny. Great stay and amazing Christmas for the whole family"
We had a magical Christmas in this truly remarkable house. The house offered so much more then we ever could imagine. It allowed so much space for the whole family and catered for everyone from the age of 4 up to 64. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the harbour Christmas lights were an amazing bonus and surprise. The adults and children never got bored waiting for the daily switch on every evening! Sitting back and relaxing in the delightful conservatory in a very tranquil setting. Such an amazing holiday house rental, definitely the best we've ever had the pleasure to stay in! A big thank you to everyone at Exclusively Eastbourne for making our Christmas 2019 forever memories

"Amazing stay in this fabulous house with its stunning location"
We booked this lovely house for a family 70th birthday weekend and it worked out perfect. The house is well equipped, clean, warm and comfortable. The roooms are a really good size and there is plenty of space for the family to spread out and relax. Plenty of off road parking plus the double garage is available should you need it. The rear of the house is south facing and looks across the harbour which is stunning. We all loved sitting and relaxing in the conservatory looking out at the boats whilst enjoying a drink. The harbour restaurant's are just a short 10 minute walk away with plenty of choice. The beach is also close by which is ideal for lovely walks with views of Beachy Head, Pevensey Bay and Hastings. Carl and the team at Exclusively Eastbourne were extremely helpful and efficient and helped us make this a perfect birthday weekend. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect location with stunning views of the harbour.
You could not ask for more in a holiday property! The location is perfect with stunning views of the harbour; we spent time relaxing in the conservatory watching the boats go by. The harbour is a very short, pleasant walk away with a good choice of restaurants. I can definitely recommend the fish and chips! You can also walk to the beach from the harbour and if you are brave, you can walk along the seafront path all the way to Eastbourne Pier (around 3 miles on way). The house is extremely spacious and comfortable; admittedly we were only a party of 6 (due to Covid restrictions) but even for 12, there was plenty of room to spread out. The bedrooms were large with comfy beds and cosy duvets (my mum wanted to take hers home!). The house was extremely clean; as veteran holidaymakers in the UK the 2 matriarchs in our party commented how impressed they were with the cleanliness (they always come prepared with cleaning equipment which wasn't required!) A very enjoyable and relaxing stay!

Amazing Waterfront Property
Wow this place is amazing, we did not want to leave at the end of the week. Spacious, comfortable, quiet, stunning views, private, well-equipped! We were two families, 4 adults and 3 kids we wanted a larger property so that we could spread out. This place did not disappoint. We hardly used the lounge and the dining room although lovely spaces, we mostly enjoyed the decking area outside, conservatory and the kitchen. We cooked most days, there is practically everything in the kitchen you'll need to make all meals, the two fridges came in handy as well. The shops are within walking distance, super convenient. We didn't go to any of the waterfront restaurants, but we did get an Indian takeaway from Ganges which was pretty good! We explored the surrounding areas, liked Knockhatch Adventure Park, Pirate Crazy Golf, Eastbourne Pier and Ferris Wheel. Hastings isn't that far away either. For a great Sunday roast try The Pilot Inn and also The Beach Kitchen for something more casual. We also booked a local fisherman to take the kids fishing, he even dropped us off at the private jetty after. We were very sad to leave on our last day, but would very happily return to Wellington Quay in the future.
Exclusively Eastbourne were also super helpful and responsive.

Excellent location that is so peacefull and quiet, set right on the waters edge and an easy walk to the main harbour where there are lots of restaurants and places to east and drink.
The walk to Eastbourne is also great, where there are even more restauarnts and a good town centre with a shopping centre as well.
We also drove out for days to Brighton and Rye amongst other places and had some lovely trips.

WOW!!!
This place is simply stunning! We were 3 families with teenage children and this place was just perfect for all of us. There is plenty of space and the lovely large kitchen was perfect for socialising whilst cooking. The large living room was perfect and the huge fireplace was a lovely feature.
All bedrooms were excellent sizes and suited our party perfectly.
We didn’t use the outdoor space but I would imagine in the summer it would be beautiful.
The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you could possibly need and plenty of crockery, cutlery etc, the utility was a bonus especially with the extra fridge freezer.
We could not fault this property at all and we all had the best time, it was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the owners clearly thought of everything.

Gorgeous house in a lovely setting.
We had a fantastic weekend here and loved the house and it's location. We were a family group with a mixture of adults and children. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms along with lots of lounge/dining and outside seating meant that we never felt crowded or on top of each other but the house still felt warm and cosy. We were lucky enough to have an absolutely beautiful weekend weather wise so made full use of all the outside seating and views as well as the short walk to the harbour. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and there were lovely touches with plenty of teas, coffees and extras to get us started. The whole house was spotless, check in and out was easy and contactless. Would highly recommend to any large group of family/friends wishing to have a lovely break together. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us.

You won't be disappointed!!!
From the minute u drive onto the drive, u know u are going to have a great time when u come here.
Enough parking for 4-5 cars and a small one in the garage.
Beautiful borders all round the house.
Easy to check in to the house.
From entering the front door to going into each room is a bit like you've just won the lottery!
Every room is lovely and a delight to be in. Lounge, kitchen and conservatory are big enough for 10.
More than enough space in the kitchen, 2 fridge/freezers(both ready for use when u get shopping) and everything u need for a stay of any amount of nights.
We think for what we paid this was an absolute steal and are looking forward to coming back at some point.
All bedrooms are more than big enough for all. The house is set up for 3 couples maybe with 3-6 children ( we had it for 10 adults and a baby, 2 couples had singles).
The outside deck area and 2 lower terraces were stunning and the view to die for.
It's so quiet and so refreshing to not hear cars wooshing past.
It is a short walk to the nearby Waterfront area where there are many restaurants, indoor pitch n putt, amazing ice cream/waffles shop, a barbers and a good stroll if u want it.
There is an Asda within a 5min drive.
There really isn't much else that u need nearby.
The Sonos system is easy to use, very controllable and a beautiful sound in 4 rooms.
One of the nicest places we've ever stayed and could easily lose a week here.
So relaxing and calming.
Beautifully kept inside and out with plenty of room for all.
You won't be disappointed.
We will be back.
Thank you Carl and Sarah. xx

Fabulous spacious house in a stunning location in Eastbourne. It is in a quiet and peaceful setting but within walking distance of shops, eateries and other amenities. The Sonos speakers were a nice touch and having a tv in two different rooms gave the option for different viewing choices. A great location especially for those of a nautical inclination.
On the waterfront of Sovereign Harbour (North), this 6 bed rental is in a prestige location. As well as the mooring, there is a large patio and sun room, all of which are south east facing and thus benefit from sunshine for most of the day. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all capable of housing up to 12 guests at the same time. There is a smart TV in the main living room and a smaller one in the study. The bedrooms are generous and can be made up as doubles or twins. The ground floor bedroom is by the entrance and opposite the cloakroom, which does not have a shower or bath. There are three ensuites and a separate bathroom, all with showers. The whole place is fitted with 'mod.cons', some of which, despite a book crammed with instructions, defy the best efforts of those lacking superior technical knowledge. For those of advanced years, be warned that the microwave is located at shin level and the controls are impossible to see! The harbour complex is based on a rabbit warren of cul-de-sacs, which takes some getting used to. However, there are restaurants and a retail park, including a vast ASDA, 10 minutes walk away. Eastbourne town centre is about 4 miles away and it is quite possible and enjoyable to walk to the town and the beaches along the seafront. Obviously the size of this rental will suit large parties, but be warned that there are some strict rules about noise as neighbours are quite close by. Overall, this property would be highly recommended, particularly for large, well behaved groups, with an interest in boating or sailing.

The Perfect Retreat.
The location is amazing. This is a great family-friendly house excellently positioned to enjoy the best of everything... views, weather and amenities. The house comes fully equipped, complete with a huge folder which has full instructions on where everything is and how to use it. We came down to chill for a week and really enjoyed the peace, quiet & serenity of the place... So much so, that we were loathed to leave and thought about becoming squatters. Happily, instead, we decided to book another week in June. Would totally recommend this holiday rental to anyone.

Just back from a long weekend with 5 friends and I cant rate this house highly enough. There is so much space, amazing facilities and very clean. It is also situated in the most beautiful location and just so lovely to sit out at any time of the day.

Couldn't choose a better place for family and friends get together. The accommodation was spotless, uncluttered and tastefully furnished ( even the strange placement of the cutlery provided daily amusement! ).

Perfect Family and Friends Get Together.
Perfect for a family/friends get together. Spacious (plenty of areas to relax in groups or all together), clean, tastefully decorated, fully equipped (including a supply of new and recent games). Exercises provided as cutlery draw furthest point from cooking ares - teaspoons in particular, easily rectified by using a spare mug!!!!!!!

Perfect for large families.
Wonderful stay during a rather wet week. Lots of space to accommodate all the family's different needs and provided all we could wish for. The conservatory was our favorite space where we gravitated to early morning and evenings. Property airy, clean and comfortable and perfect for an extended family of 10.

Wonderful House.
My friends and I stayed at the house for 10 days. It was a perfect home for us. We enjoyed the view of the harbor and made good use of the sun room and patio. Plenty of space for us all to relax in. Lots of good restaurants nearby and a grocery store within walking distance. If we ever return, we will definitely stay here again. Communication with owners was superb!
