You can enjoy the wonderful private terrace which captures the sun from early morning through to late afternoon, with comfortable seating and space for al fresco dining.
Short term apartment rental with marina views
Step into the living space of this modern, short term apartment rental and you're hit by the 'wow' factor of the view over the boats through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Patio doors from this room lead to a private terrace where you can sit with a coffee (or glass of wine!) and watch the yachts sail by.
The lounge area is comfortably furnished, with a triple sofa and comfy chair, a flatscreen TV , and there is a dining table to seat up to four.
The kitchen is well equipped for self catering, with a dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, microwave, hob and oven - as well as a good array of utensils and crockery.
There are two good-sized bedrooms - the master with a double bed and and an ensuite shower room and stacks of built-in storage. The second bedroom has twin beds. There is a separate family bathroom with bath and shower over - making this ideal for colleagues sharing as well as friends or families with children.
There is an allocated parking space in the secure underground car park, and direct lift access makes this a good choice for those with mobility challenges.
Free WiFi is provided as well as linen, towels and a few toiletries and cleaning essentials to get you started.
Eastbourne train station, with direct links to London Victoria, Gatwick Airport, Brighton, Bexhill and Lewes, is around four miles away from this short term apartment rental.

We had a lovely stay in Beautiful Dawn.
We’ve previously stayed in other Exclusively Eastbourne but this is our favourite so far.
Lovely decor & views. It also was very good access for my health needs.
We’ll definitely come back again.
Excellent location with wonderful views of the Harbour.
We had no car, so it was nice to be able to walk to Thai Marina, The Ganges & Pablo's in about 5 minutes.
There is a beautiful fountain nearby & the community does a beautiful job with the Christmas decorations.
Lovely townhouse with brilliant views and close to local restaurants, coffee shops and bar at the marina. The hosts are just fantastic - highly recommended.

This apartment is very well appointed and conveniently located with a view of the main part of the marina from the large patio area.
The rooms are spacious and all tastefully decorated.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need.
The heating worked efficiently and kept us cosy during the cold snap at the time we were there.
Clearly this apartment is maintained to a very high standard and we would definitely recommend it.
Fantastic apartment with harbour views
We had a great week in Eastbourne and this apartment was home from home.
Situated in the modern Sovereign Harbour development it has the added benefit of a secure parking space and a lovely terrace which was the perfect spot to sit and enjoy breakfast or a later afternoon drink and watch the boats coming and going.
Inside the apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped.
The view from the terrace is serene.
The apartment is marvelous, very clean, and well equipped.
The view from the large terrace is outstanding.
The pub and eateries are a short stroll away, and tucked away behind the local area are the big shops very handy if like us you forget to bring the soap. Although being close to all amenities the apartment is very peaceful.
The agents are most helpful and give loads of information.
Start the day with breakfast on the terrace and watch the fishing fleet and leisure craft go out for the day right before your eyes. And in the evening sit with a G&T and watch them come back in after a hard day's work.
It's a hard life on the terrace, but someones got to do it.
We had a lovely week's holiday at Beautiful Dawn thanks to the lovely staff at Exclusively Holidays that looked after us.
The apartment was lovely and clean and well equipped.
This is the second visit and we hope to go next year

Wir hatten einen toller Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Es hat alles vom Check-in bis zum Check-out geklappt. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben war. Die Lage ist super. In Hafen gibt es immer etwas zu beobachten und man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Sehr empfehlenswert!Very nice apartment with a great harbor atmosphere

Soooooo beautiful - a perfect holday in a perfect flat.
Now we are one week home - unfortunately - but still happy with our choice "beautiful dawn". It started with a perfect and friendly communication with Sharon, Beth, Sarah and Carl. It was easy to find the flat and when we came in everything was perfect. We never have been in a holiday let in Eastbourne that was so clean, well equipped and in very good condition. Thank you for the war m welcoming incl.a nice greeting card.The access through the garage was easy and a perfect place for our car. The marina view -especially in the morning - was wonderful, the direct access to the marina through the front gate made it easy to reach restaurants in the marina or to start a tour to Eastbourne or Pevensey. When visiting Eastbourne next time "beautiful dawn" will be our first choice!!! Thank you for 2 wonderful weeks!!!

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
