Inside it has some lovely period features, such as wooden sash windows and high ceilings. It is beautifully finished with classy furnishings and fittings throughout.
The open plan living space includes a tasteful, modern kitchen complete with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, cafetiere and a washing machine. There is a comfy sofa in the lounge area complete with cushions and throws, a great spot to relax in front of the Smart TV after a busy day. The dining table is placed next to the French doors which lead out to your private patio area. You can open up the doors and dine al fresco with outside table and chairs also available.
The spacious bedroom can be set up as super kingsize for couples, or with twin beds if preferred (please state when booking). There is plenty of wardrobe space and a second TV for you to catch your favourite shows in bed. The spacious bathroom includes both a large oval tub and a separate walk-in shower.
WiFi is provided together with all towels and linen (although beach towels are not included) and we supply some welcome teas and coffees on arrival. Finally there will be a selection of hotel-style toiletries in the bathroom to get you started.
This short term apartment is located in Central Eastbourne and offers easy access to the train station - an easy stroll away (6-8 minutes), with direct links to London, Gatwick Airport, Brighton, Hastings and Lewes. If you're driving, parking permits are available for £2.20 per vehicle per day.

The apartment was in a wonderful position two minutes from the promenade and the beach. The area was quiet and was within easy reach of quite a few restaurants. We particularly liked Pomodoro Mozzarella. The bed was large and comfortable. Large wardrobe and a chest of drawers, so plenty of room for clothes. The bathroom had a large shower and bath. We did not use the bath, but it looked interesting. The kitchen was well set out and there was a plentiful supply of plates and utensils. It was extremely handy to have a washing machine. We had breakfast on the terrace every morning which was a delight. I would recommend this apartment without reservation.

We had a really nice stay in Sarah and Carl’s cosy, nice and really well equipped apartment.
Everything was new and super clean.
The handover with your Property Manager Jacob and Team was perfect and our relaxing stay started at the first second.
We receive a warm welcome from Carl, communication was perfect, the house is big with large rooms, very clean and super comfy bed , in the kitchen you can found all necessary tools for cooking. I highly recommend this house to anyone!
Perfect location and adorable apartment!
The location was a block from the beautiful sea and boardwalk. The outdoor band stand that held multiple concerts through the week was at the bottom of the street. Beautiful. We walked from the harbours at one end of town to Beachy Head all along the ocean with the beautiful architecture right along side. The apartment was clean and bright, comfortable, quiet and perfect size for two. Great stay and we would absolutely stay again.

and the spectacular South Downs! The rooms are spacious and the patio is fantastic; its location means it is largely shielded from the wind coming from the seafront. Perfect for outdoor dining and socialising. The bed is comfortable with plenty of extra bedding and pillows (always a win for me!) Would highly recommend a stay here!

We spent a wonderful week in this super modern, clean and very comfy apartment (Gresham House, Flat No.2).
The apartment and especially the kitchen is very well equipped.
We loved our breakfasts and afternoons teas on the outside deck/patio.
Perfectly locateded, 2 min walk to the beach and bandstand, 3 min walk to shops in Terminus Road.
We will definitely be back next year!

This is an ideal one bedroom flat!
Quite spacious, with everything that you need for your stay in Eastbourne.
It's location is actually ideal. Just a couple of minutes away from the town centre and seafront.
Carl and Sarah are great hosts. They have sent us all the information we needed in advance and therefore everything was much easier. The communication with them was amazing too. They replied back to us almost instantly!

Gresham house apartment.
This is a most delightful one bedroom apartment. It was clean and bright and had absolutely everything you need for a perfect holiday. All the kitchen equipment is of a very high standard. The lounge diner leads on to an outside terrace which even in October we managed to sit out there and have coffee a few times. The bedroom is beautiful with a comfortable bed. The apartment is a few minutes walk to the sea front and a short walk to the shops. Exclusively Eastbourne are a great company to book with they are always on hand if you need anything. We can’t wait to return to this beautiful apartment and have another holiday with exclusively Eastbourne Regards Karen worley
A fabulous adventure in Sussexl
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay in this lovely property in Eastbourne. Very high marks for location, cleanliness, and quiet environment. Our bed was incredibly comfortable and we loved the shower. We were 1/2 block from the seaside and just 10 minutes from the rail/coach stations to travel to cliffside hiking trails on the South Downs Way and charming villages, so no car is needed. We shopped for our cook at home meals at M and S. We give this property our highest recommendation!

Just completed another 2 week stay at this lovely apartment situated yards from the seafront and only a few minutes walk to Eastbourne town centre with its extensive array of restaurants and the Beacon shopping centre. The area is lovely and quiet and the private terrace is a real plus. We have used Exclusively Eastbourne for a few years now and have found all the staff to be very helpful and kind, certainly are more than prepared to make your stay as smooth and pleasant as possible. They truly are a credit to the town, thank you all once again. Will not hesitate in using there services again, and can not highly reccomend enough.
Perfect for two people.
Great location between town centre and seaside, good and well stocked kitchen for cooking if needed. Very large and comfortable bedroom with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. The patio with table and chairs for sitting out was used a lot as the weather was very kind to us. A teapot would have been very useful but we managed ok without one. WE had a great holiday and enjoyed staying at Gresham House, we will return next year.

The flat was great. Clean, great location and well equipped. The shower and bath were both excellent. Although the flat is small it is more that enough for two people. It’s tastefully decorated the small outside space was a lovely bonus.
Delightful apartment in perfect location.
Stylish accommodation which was fully equipped for our two week stay. The location was perfect being just 5mins from town with the cinema, the seafront and excellent restaurants.

Very lovely apartment near the beach. The photos of the apartment are as nice as the apartment is. Abolultely clean, very bright and everything you need is on the right place. Also the patio is fantastic. The neighbours were really quiet and it is a place to feel like at home. Restaurants, the beach and the town are close to the apartment. Really perfect!!!
Just right for our needs.
A lovely apartment in the perfect location near to everything Eastbourne has to offer. We have stayed there before and would return next year but found it to be already booked for August 2025.
Property was in an excellent position, easy to travel to on buses and perfect for shops. We enjoyed our holiday and managed to avoid the rain, but not the wind! Thank you to the office, who were helpful and efficient.
Fabulous apartment
Apartment 2Gresham house is the most lovely apartment. It is very clean and bright very well equipped and has a lovely sunny terrace to sit on. It is very close to town you can see the sea from the bedroom window. It is close to all three theatres. Parking is easy. The team at Exclusively Eastbourn are amazing always in hand. This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable £200 deposit per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
