Set in one of Eastbourne’s iconic seafront buildings, Pier Reflections is full of character and is situated in an incredible location. Just a stone's throw from the beach, this Sussex Airbnb has been renovated with evident love to guarantee your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as it can be.

This raised ground floor apartment is perfect accommodation for those in Eastbourne for business. Work from home like never before as you look out on the breathtaking view of Eastbourne’s beautiful beaches and the world renowned Eastbourne Pier.

The property features high ceilings and stunning natural light from the expansive windows, creating a sense of serenity. Stroll into the lounge and enjoy the views from the plush comfy sofas, or indulge in a box set on the Smart TV (don't forget your log-in details). Take a pew at the breakfast bar and enjoy the feast you’ve cooked up, courtesy of the well-equipped kitchen (including a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and washing machine).

This Sussex Airbnb offers flexible accommodation for up to four guests. The master bedroom features a superking bed which has the option to be split into two singles. It also has a built-in wardrobe meaning there’s no need to skimp on your packing!

The second smaller bedroom is perfect if you’re planning to work remotely, with a permanent single bed and a handy desk. But if there’s no work allowed on this particular stay, the desk can be folded up to facilitate a second full-size single to be ready when you arrive – just let us know your preferences when you book.

There is also a spotless bathroom with a bath and shower over.

Free WiFi is provided, plus all linen and regular towels (bring your beach towels). A second set of linen will be provided for stays of two weeks or longer.

A car is far from essential in this prime central location, with the train station just an easy 10 minute walk away with transport links to Lewes, Brighton, London Victoria and Gatwick Airport. Eastbourne is also served by plenty of bus routes to get around the town and further afield to the likes of Bexhill, Hastings, Pevensey Bay and the South Downs National Park.

The seafront is the obvious draw of this Sussex Airbnb, but if you fancy a spot of retail therapy then the Beacon shopping centre is only a few streets away with a vast selection of high street shops, restaurants and cafes. Alternatively, head to the Little Chelsea area to while away the time wandering around the streets lined with independent eateries and boutiques.

Liaising with the letting company was easy, even from Australia. They were friendly and helpful .
The location was perfect. The apartment was fantastic, everything I could have wanted. Clean and beautifully presented. All instructions were clearly listed and easy to understand.

Smoking is not permitted in this property. Minimum age of lead guest 25+.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Friday to Friday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the morning of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or load into the dishwasher and switch on before you depart. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
