With two spacious bedrooms, one with a super kingsize bed and the other a kingsize, the apartment sleeps up to four people very comfortably.

Set on the raised ground floor of a Victorian villa, the accommodation is elegant and stylish, with floor-to-ceiling sash windows, oak wooden floors and high ceilings creating a very decadent feel.

This self catering accommodation is fully furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard throughout.

The lounge has a sumptuous sofa and two huge armchairs, with light cascading through the sash windows and space to relax in front of the large TV and DVD player.

A formal dining table to the rear of the lounge seats up to six, and there is also a smaller breakfast table in the kitchen for relaxed breakfasts and lunches.

The contemporary kitchen has gloss white cupboards, offset by beautiful solid wood worktops, and equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven and hob, a washing machine, plus a good array of cooking utensils.

A spacious family bathroom has a walk in shower and plenty of natural light streaming in through a skylight.

With its floor-to-ceiling windows and an upmarket finish, this apartment is suitable for discerning adults and children age eight and upwards. There is a two-week minimum stay.  WiFi is provided, along with towels and linen (please bring your own beach towels).

This is a great choice for those needing serviced apartments with easy access to Eastbourne's train station or buses, which are just five minutes walk away.   If you are driving, parking permits can be provided at £1 per day (Sundays free), as with all our short term accommodation Eastbourne.

" Stylish and central - we didn't want to leave!"

Loved the high ceilings and stylish interior. Great Spanish restaurant opposite, theatre about a minute away and beach is no more than 5 minutes walk away.
Overall, very happy with our choice.

Great location close to beach and town centre restaurants. Liked the kitchen, well stocked and sunny all day. Will come again.

Children over 8 years old are welcome. This property does not accept pets.   Smoking is not permitted.

There is a minimum stay of two weeks and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit.   To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival.  For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time.  Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave.  If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence.   It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes.   Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside.   Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
