Ravelston Grange is a prime example of stylish, contemporary Eastbourne self catering accommodation in a great location.
Situated in tranquil Meads Village, this apartment is within easy reach of the town centre and seafront, plus it's perfectly placed for those who are keen walkers. Cliff-top rambles are just moments from the door where you can take in some of Eastbourne's most iconic landmarks such as Beachy Head Lighthouse and Birling Gap, or head slightly further afield to the idyllic villages of Alfriston and East Dean.
Meads itself has its own high street with a couple of quintessentially British pubs, independent cafes serving a selection of tempting cakes, a Tesco Express and a Co-op.
Eastbourne is full of attractions such as the Victorian pier, iconic bandstand and glorious promenade and seafront which runs for about 5 miles from Holywell (below Meads) along to Sovereign Harbour in the East.
Eastbourne is full of hotels such as The Grand Hotel and the Lansdowne Hotel, but once you have stayed in more spacious and flexible self catering accommodation it is difficult to return to the confines of a hotel.
Set on the ground floor of a traditional period building, this short let apartment sleeps up to four people across two double bedrooms. The master has a spacious superking size bed with an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is flexible so can be set up as either a superking or twin, making it ideal for families with children who would prefer separate beds.
Eastbourne self catering accommodation
There is a separate family bathroom with the choice of both a bath and a walk-in shower.
The living area is bathed in natural light courtesy of the large skylight and French doors leading out onto the private patio area. There is a comfortable sofa and arm chair in front of the Smart TV which has an integrated DVD player, plus Netflix and a basic Sky package are provided.
The small garden area is a real bonus - it's got an outdoor table and chairs making it the perfect space for enjoying a glass of wine in the summer sunshine.
The spotless kitchen is well-equipped with all the facilities you could wish for during a self-catered stay including oven and hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and a selection of utensils and cooking equipment.
This Eastbourne self catering accommodation has its own easily-accessible private entrance with one allocated off-street parking space. Additional free roadside parking is available if required.
Free WiFi is provided, as well as all linen and regular towels (please bring your own beach towels). Additional linen is provided for stays of two weeks or more.

Really spacious flat, the high ceilings make the place feel really grand. The whole flat was extremely clean, beds are so comfortable and the bath is so nice and long.
Big windows in the front room offer lots of light and it’s great having the doors open.
It’s in a nice area, there’s lots of lovely big houses to see and a small high street with a Tesco, florist, restaurants and cute cafe are a 5-10 minute walk away, you can get to the seafront a few minutes down from the high street.
Overall would really recommend!
Great place, very clean and modern all the things you need. Would stay here again thanks!
Perfect stay.
We had an amazing stay at Ravelston Grange.
It was really easy to walk into Eastbourne, get to the beach and into Meads centre.
There was a Tesco really close by and loads of incredible places to eat.
The flat itself was even better than the photos - beautiful and immaculate.
We really enjoyed sitting out in the garden too and the welcome booklet was really useful for recommendations/information.
Can’t recommend this place enough - don’t hesitate to book!

A comfortable flat in a quiet neighbourhood.
As a part of a villa, the flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood with shops nearby. In order of distance, the beach, the city of Eastbourne and Beachy Head are within walking distance. The staff of Exclusively Eastbourne is very friendly and heplful, who made us feel very welcome.
Exceeded my expectations. Spacious, newly painted, fantastic linens and pillows, cute garden area, quiet and tranquil area. 5 minute walk from Meads Street where there are several shops.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ravelston Grange in Eastbourne UK. The apartment was well appointed and met all our needs including the ability to cook, wash and dry clothes and had a small dishwasher. We especially appreciated that it was a ground floor apartment with a nice outside area accessed from the living area. We were there for nearly four weeks and would book again on our next visit to family in the area
Ideal for couples and small families

A lovely apartment perfectly situated in Meads, Eastbourne within easy reach of local shops and pubs. The apartment had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. If you enjoy the peace and quiet, you will enjoy it here. I loved watching the squirrels in the garden.
Great stay , deliciously comfortable beds , super clean and very peaceful and quiet. Thanks for having us :)
Thoroughly enjoyed being in this quiet, residential location. Would take advantage of visiting the health/sports centre opposite next time. Plenty of places within a 10 - 20 minute walk. The kitchen was very well equipped. Excellent for two people but plenty of space for four.
