Looking for Bexhill holiday lets with sea views?  This two bedroom holiday accommodation is located in a prime spot on a private road, offering great access, comfort and practicality.

It's a short walk along the promenade to Bexhill on Sea train station and the many cafes, shops and restaurants. The iconic De La Warr arts centre is a great day out with much to see and do. Eastbourne is around five miles away, with its wider selection of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.

This Bexhill holiday accommodation provides an excellent space for up to four people. It is ideal for families or perhaps colleagues working in Bexhill and broader East Sussex.

Sea Sunrise is on the 5th floor of this tower block (lift access). First thing to mention is the amazing and inspiring eastern sea views from both the living area and balcony.

The self catering accommodation makes for very practical living with an open-plan living/dining area. There are two large, leather sofas as well as a dining table that seats four with sea views. A brand new 4K Smart TV, it allows you to log into your Netflix, BBC iPlayer, ITV accounts and more. Its internet access also allows you to use YouTube and other music apps.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge freezer, washer dryer, toaster, microwave and even a separate wine fridge. There is also all the cooking utensils and cutlery you will need for a self catering break in Bexhill.

The master bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobe space. A lovely wooden dressing table in addition to two twin beds make the second bedroom.  There is a modern family bathroom that comes with a bath and shower over.

All linen and regular towels are provided (bring your own beach towels), along with a selection of welcome teas, coffees and hotel-style toiletries. A cleaning service is also available (supplement applies).

Peaceful location and Fabulous Sea Views. Set just 15 minutes walk to the east of the town centre the flat is in a very quiet location with dog walkers and sailing boats providing the major activity. The railway station and De La Warr pavilion are also within 15 minutes walk. The town centre provides a good range of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes with events always available at the De La Warr. For a more lively scene Eastbourne and Hasting are just 5 miles in either direction with a local bus service to both from the service road behind the flats. You can then return to the peace and comfort of the well furnished flat. Loved everything about it especially the sea view from the sheltered 5th floor balcony, great for a morning coffee or post yard arm tipple.

"Well Appointed, good location"
This apartment has everything you need for a relaxing break: Fully appointed kitchen, sofas, dining table, big SmartTV. Located on the edge of town, it is about a 20 min walk to the Pavilion. 15 min walk to the big Tesco along the beach path or about 10 mins drive. The beach (shingle) is just across the road as you can see in the photos. 5mins from where Spike Milligan defended the UK from invasion in 1940 from the top of Galley Hill :-) The Museum in town has a lot of information on that topic (and is worth a visit anyway).

This property does not accept pets.   Smoking is not permitted.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
